Rachel is a graduate student in Psychotherapy and Spirituality at St. Stephen’s College, whose varied personal and professional experiences, including teaching, leadership, and work across cultures, have shaped how she understands people, relationships, and the worlds they move through. Sometimes these ways of being continue to serve us, and other times, they can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or out of alignment with who we are becoming.
